Missouri ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

Missouri law states that a Corporation must file an Annual Registration Report. LLCs are not required to file an Annual Report. The initial Annual Registration Report is due within thirty days from the date of the incorporation or qualification. Subsequent Annual Registration Reports are due in the month in which the corporation incorporated or qualified to do business. The annual report may be filed online. Filing a corporate Annual Report online costs $20, and can be completed in a matter of minutes. The report may also be filed in person or by mail for a fee of $45.

Failing to file the Annual Registration Report will result in administrative dissolution and the inability to legally conduct business in Missouri.
